1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Telebuys website, membership, and related services (collectively, the "Services"). By creating an account, submitting the sign-up form, or otherwise using the Services, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Services.

2. Membership

Telebuys membership is free. You must be at least 18 years old and provide accurate information when registering. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and for all activity that occurs under it. We may suspend or terminate a membership that violates these Terms.

3. Deals and Offers

Telebuys is a deals and savings platform. We curate and communicate discounts and promotions offered by independent third-party merchants. Telebuys does not sell products or services, does not process payments, and is not a party to any transaction between you and a merchant.

Offers are subject to availability and may change, expire, or be withdrawn at any time by the merchant. Savings figures and example prices shown on our website are illustrative. Merchant terms, exclusions, and redemption rules apply to every offer.

4. SMS Program Terms

If you check the applicable consent box, you agree to receive text messages from Telebuys at the phone number you provide. Consent is provided separately for (a) recurring automated service updates and account notifications, and (b) marketing communications and promotions.

• Message frequency: Message frequency varies based on your account activity and the offers matched to your interests.
• Message and data rates: Message and data rates may apply. Rates are set by your mobile carrier, not by Telebuys.
• Opt-out: You can opt out at any time by replying STOP to any message. You will receive a single confirmation message and no further texts from that program.

• Consent is not a condition of purchase: Consent to receive text messages is not required to purchase any products or services, and is not required to create or maintain a Telebuys membership.
• Carriers: Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Delivery is not guaranteed in all areas or on all devices.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to misuse the Services, including by attempting to gain unauthorized access, scraping content, reselling or redistributing member offers, submitting false information, or using the Services in violation of any applicable law.

6. Intellectual Property

The Telebuys name, logo, website design, and curated content are owned by Telebuys and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Merchant names and marks belong to their respective owners.

7. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

The Services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. Telebuys is not responsible for the quality, delivery, or fulfillment of any merchant's products or services. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Telebuys is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Services.

8. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by an updated "Last updated" date. Continued use of the Services after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
